Mine are under my seats through an access panel. It’s was a pain getting to the bolts. But this was no fault of this product. But the bolts that came with this were to big and did not fit the threads. So I simply used the old bolts. All good. Gas reading on gauge went up to about half when before I was reading empty or maybe 1/8 of tank. So this definitely seems to be the fix. FYI, read the directions this has the 5 hole design and it only fits one way.
