I messaged them for providing me the broken reed which i could fix it myself but no at last i got some other reed instead of palitana which is not fine but just holding a thread to dump the harmonium in garbage. I suggest nobody A BIG NO to this product better buy it from any other local dealer u will be satisfied a lot. I will also seek my way to the consumer forum.
