This is the second ring I have purchased from Elmas. Both rings are fantastic - they look great and are of excellent craftsmanship. In each case, Elmas sent me two pictures of the ring itself along with a third picture of the ring on the gauge showing its size. These pictures were sent prior to shipping in order to make certain I was satisfied before they sent the ring. They also sent me an email letting me know the shipping date. When the ring arrived, it was in a top quality ring box that actually has a built in light that shines on the ring when the box is opened. The bottom line is that I am extremely pleased with the professional quality and care shown by Elmas, and I will certainly consider buying from them in the future.

UPDATE: Murat from Elmasis reached out to me in regards to the ring I received. After expressing my disappointment, Murat offered me a refund for the product. I asked if it could be redone in the proper fashion as per the preview images. I can confidently say Murat and his team went above and beyond in providing a replacement. There were steady updates in the product I requested. I was provided several images of the finished product before it was shipped. The ring arrived quickly and it is a day and night difference in luster and quality. I have provided side by side images with the original and replacement ring as well as a video. I’ve raised my review to 5 stars because of how splendid and pleasant Murat and his team were with servicing my needs. I will most definitely be returning to this seller for products in the future! ———————————————————————— OLD REVIEW: 14k Gold Finish Is A Bit Disappointing… The ring design is quite nice and the box it came in has a nice presentation to it with the LED activation when open. However, the preview images make the ring seem as though it is polished 14k Gold when it’s brushed. It’s not as lustrous as I’d hoped. Furthermore, the engraving on the inside is not actually etched into the ring; it looks like a poorly applied water decal and not even properly centered. Was hoping more quality control considering the price point. I’m a bit disappointed with the overall product.

I absolutely Love this ring. I have gotten so many compliments on it.... daily!!!!!! This was a birthday present from my wife and I could be happier. They put a personalized engraving inside. It came well packaged in a ring box that was lit up when you open it. I would recommend this company to everyone! And it only took one week for delivery!!!

This is a beautiful ring. I'm very happy with the quality and the engraving, however, I did not receive the size that I requested and it will not fit any of my fingers. Amazon will not allow me to return or replace, buyer beware!
