It has good advice for those with a humble bench grinder to those aspiring to a dedicated precision setup. The writing style is clear and grammatically sound, however those who have grown up with modern, informal (lightweight) communication may find they have to concentrate a little harder..! The value in this style of writing is that a lot of information is conveyed efficiently. Although a modern readership may have come to expect full colour photos and 3D renderings, the monochrome pictures and diagrams do the job well enough if one remembers that it is the advice and technical content which is important, not how good it looks on the coffee table..! A good, compact, and valuable book at a very (very) reasonable price.
