Awesome item for your driveway work out
I just ordered a new one after abusing my original vest for 5 years. Ordered the same vest. The folks at the company are very helpful. Great for lunges.

Great vest: One of the best on the market
The MIR weighted vest is one of the better weighted vest on the market. This is a replacement for my original vest I have had over 5 years. The quality is top notch and I only ordered a replacement because my older vest began to look extremely worn. I repeat: There were no quality issues and the vest might have lasted forever.The new vest has a few upgrades. The strap that holds the vest on was changed. It is thicker, sown to the back of the vest, and more comfortable than the original. The front ring attachments that help secure the vest in place are upgrades too.Please note: This is a "replacement vest" and does not come with weights. There is also a version that is made smaller with alterations to accommodate the female anatomy.

Excellent Priduct
I have plenty of equipment and at a time when I was trying to ascertain my favorite vest for my wife and my workouts I came upon this company's vest. Durable, friendly to use and sharply made. I like for the 40-60lb range for most exercises and more than gets the job done. Best compliment I can give it is that I don't think about it much while using it because it feels natural to me since the first workout. If you're building up as well it's easy enough to take out weights and build yourself up. Thanks MIR. Thanks Amazon👍

It fits well and holds the weights comfortably.
I wear the vest two - three times a week to help with weight loss. It fits nice and it is easily adjustable.

Too big for small women and doesn't include weights
I'm a dress size 6 and this item was just too bulky for me. It also didn't come with weights, so keep that in mind. It would have been a great product for someone larger.

Usage will make it fall apart
I have had 2 of these for a decade:1. Usage makes it fall apart, both did.2. The two that I had the buckles were stress broken from pressure3. Customer service failed to help get me new ones multiple occassions4. If you want to be an Absolute Savage get these5. They need to make heavier ones, some are wanting to train others are trying to push the line on human limitations till Gravity chambers with plus gravity are made-Nation of Power
