It actually works !! It provides immediate relief and it begin working immediately I saw improvement of my skin over a course of two days, it did not agitate my skin. It does have a weird smell but it’s not unbearable , it smells like plastic with a slight herbal smell. It’s not really oily but it has a nice slip to it.I applied it with a q tip to avoid my hands smelling, or you could use a cotton ball. I found it works best if you put it on at night and wear no underwear. Or if you use it in the day wear a panty liner. I apply twice a day while having an out break and my skin started to heal .

First time trying and wouldn’t call it an ointment. When I opened to use it, it was more watery than expected and I lost some in the sink. Maybe bad batch in the tube but I wouldn’t recommend as it didn’t help the problem.
