When the machine arrived the packaging had obviously opened previously and on inspection some of the nuts and bolts seemed to be missing. The assembly instructions are basically an exploded diagram so unless you are mechanically minded putting it together might prove a problem. I had to outsource some nuts which were missing as Amazon were as much use as a chocolate fireguard when it came to needing help and advice, I did however manage to contact the manufacturer who was able to help.
