Imagine my surprise and delight when I unpacked a as new Surface Pro 9. Original box, original packing, and new condition. A bonus was the SSD instead of being 256 GB is 512 gb. Everything works like new with blazing performance. This Seller is worth your checking out. Very highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Bought new, received used, returned for new *by A***G on June 25, 2024* Just like the title describes. I bought new, but received a used product. The screen had finger prints and the SSD had scrapes carved into it. Upon boot up I received an error stating "unauthentic battery detected" and the item was not sealed in the original Microsoft plastic. Instead, there were stickers to keep the box sealed.The second surface pro I received was new, no finger prints or scratches, and the ssd was untouched. It is unfortunate that I initially received a used defective product rather than receiving a new item in the first place. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible *by A***I on July 11, 2024* I never knew just how much I needed this until I had it. It's an absolute powerhouse for it's size and can handle more than most people do on full size desktop computers. The benefit here being I can do so from the couch and on battery power for many hours at a time if need be. The i7 processor is snappy, and the whole system boots in just a few seconds. I upgraded to a 2TB WD Black NVMe drive which was surprisingly easy. The display is beautiful and perfect for watching movies or streaming YouTube and the touch functionality is perfect.
