Product description L'Epicurien is a company founded by a Master Jam Maker and that has, for more than 30 years, been making wonderful jams and much more Rose petals confits is an exquisite delicacy. It should be relished at length to appreciate all the nuances. We make our confit using our own rose bushes, which are grown on land rented from a farmer in the region. Our confit is made from maceration of rose petals. It has the consistency of jelly and petals can be seen through the transparency confit. A pleasure for the eyes. Ingredients Cane sugar (EU and non-EU origin), water, rose petals 1.2%, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agents (fruit pectin, calcium citrate), natural rose flavour.
