Perfect replacement
Bought this to replace a failing noisy 600 watt unit which had served me well but was getting very noisy. This unit was delivered on time as promised, thank you Amazon. It was a doddle to fit the Aerocool unit in to my also ageing case and there is an ample supply of cable to fit more peripheral items than I needed. I turned it on and voila, near silence, just a very minor hum to indicate it's presence. At this price level I couldn't have expected more. As to longevity then only time, as always will tell. To say I'm well chuffed is something of an understatement!

Aerocool Integrator 700w PSU - Good solution..
I have used several of these PSU's in PC builds over a couple of years now and have found them to be a notch above the competition in this price bracket. This 700W PSU is no exception, it is fairly compact, in comparison again, and is quite light - don't let this fool you as I believe there is a myth around a weighty PSU being better than a light one; better components and better design can lead to a better PSU too! Using the three bears story as an analogy, the cables are neither too short or too long and fitted my mid-ATX case layout well without extenders or loose spare. Having the mesh sheathing on all of the internal cables is a great addition, for aesthetics, and are cheap to use for manufacturers begging the question why others don't do this. In use the PSU fan runs quietly and, in my system, the PSU does not expel really hot air, even under heavy load - the system I have this 700W PSU in is a price/performance PC on older tech (a gaming PC - LGA1366 Xeon X5660 [email protected], 12GB RAM, RX570,SSD+HDD). Overall, this is good all-rounder and worthy of mention against more pricey units - I have used different wattages and all have been consistently good.

Great Value
I was using this for 8 months and it has served me well. My rig is a workstation and gaming rig, and this PSU has powered my 5700xt just fine through 100s of hours of power hungry AAA title game play, and my system has a lot of hard drives and peripherals all soaking up juice too, and all good. 4 stars is simply -1 for the noise. I live on my computer and i've grown too old and fed up of wearing headphones, the ear ache is taking longer to wear off at my age, so i recently invested in a decent sound system and oh dear, 10 minutes into RDR2 and this thing is like a rocket ship. it's "fine" working, it's quiet enough for moderately low music to overpower if you work with spottily running in the background like myself. But if you want to do any power hungry gaming with this, you'll need decent headphones. I've upgraded to a Corsair RMx at double the price, and the difference is substantial enough to be worth the extra money imho. Do i regret buying this? no, it's done it's job and it's reliable and i was on a tight budget at the time i bought it. I'm keeping it as a backup PSU.

Good value, well built psu
Well packaged, instructions relatively easy to follow. My best advice is do a sketch of your existing motherboard and connections and take photos of the existing leads and their positions and orientation on the connectors before removing. Take your time and have some cable tidies ready to keep everything neat. It took about 20 minutes to disassemble, re assembles and tidy the cables. Item appears to be good quality, certainly better than the unit I removed. Good price. Can't give a long term review yet, but I'm not expecting any problems

Stay clear of Aerocool Integrator 700" if you're a gamer, a fair warning !!!!!
Installed on my new gaming rig, I was looking at Corsair CX750, which was around £65 and would have gone for it, however saw this rather cheepish PSU, well £40, and it was 80+ efficiency and Bronze, thought i might go for it, save some money. A note to any uninitiated punter buying new PSU, never ever be stingy with your PSU budget, a good PSU is far more important than any other component in your future gaming build. A lesson learned the hard way, this PSU won't handle R9 380, R9 390/390X, R9 280/280X, in fact it won't handle most high end or mid range graphic cards. In fact it has a difficulty handling my 6 year old HD 5670 graphic cards, sometimes giving me a 3V warning. So the lesson is, if it is cheap, avoid it like a scourge. Also it can't maintain or sustain power levels, i.e in gaming you'll need constant 500W if you are using any of the above mid range or high end cards. This PSU can support 350W systems, however 400W might be a borderline. So avoid this PSU if you're aiming for a gaming system, editing suite or high end graphic processing, this PSU won't handle it. As to 80+ Bronze claim, don't believe it, or don't belive it is 700W and 80+ Bronze, it ain't, it might be 500W 80+, but even than I'd wear my sceptical hat. I've returned this PSU after testing for incompatibility with my system, basically this PSU was crashing my computer every time I started to play any game, I'd get Grey Screen of Death (similar to Blue screen of death), after re-installing windows and all the drivers, I was still getting the same issue,(so it wasn't the drivers, what I originally thought). This PSU simply can't cope with R9 280X/290X cards, I have tested both, won't do it. It can handle my 6 year old HD5670 like a charm most of the times. So plz plz Gamers out there, stay clear of this or any other cheap PSU, buy Corsair CX 750W EVGA Supernova. Both are sold here on Amazon at decent price ££65. Peace out.
