Can any one expain how can we replace needle of the unit woth those needles, please? Thank you

You have to take the top part of the pen off, (where you see the seam)then put the needle through top, put back onto bottom part. Make sure not to bend needle. Hope this helps.

How often should I change the stylet tips?

Only when they break or for some reason u can't use them any more, like if they bend + u can't straighten them out enough. I use them even if slightly bent, as long as they reach the root.

Would anyone explain how can we change needle of the unit with those needles after it bends,please? Thanks.

1st I try to straighten needle w/tweezers the best I can. I still use it, still works even when needle is a little bent, as long as u reach root. U will know, cuz hair comes out w/o a sting or pain, then u did good. To change needle, doesn't it come w/instructions? Check. However, u pull off plastic pc above metal band. It should come off easily. Take out old needle + carefully insert new 1. Place top back on VERY carefully, so as not to bend needle. As straight as u can, slowly. Needle should go through little hole on top. Do ur best. Google company + call. I have for certain issues I was having. They r very nice + helpful.

Not Great...

I purchased the stylet tips to use with the one touch machine, as, within 2 weeks i had went through the 2 that came in the machine. I don't know if Im on a dud pack... but i notice the current won't run as it did through the replacement tips...i have the unit up to 10 as opposed to only baring 5 on the original two tips. Perhaps the other box will fare better...

Very good product, I just ordered some more because I am still in the learnkng process of using it. It bends way too easlily but it lasts longer with practice. Once you got the hang if it it works just fine.
