There are some reviews that claim that this blocks exhausts or ports. This is not true, and it means they installed one side backwards or wish to have one end opened for easy post-install insertion or removal. The only issue I can see is that it will not work with a Mac Mini which has an optical drive (Mid 2010 or earlier).
