*Update: 6 months later, this baby is still just like new! I 100% recommend this product!*This mount is everything! I replaced a cheap vent mount with a spring fitted holder with this, and both my husband and myself are so impressed! It is super easy to install compared to what we had. It doesn't wiggle once it's installed even when you angle it different directions with a phone on it. It is small and seems really durable. I especially love how you can mount and unmount a device on it one handed with ease.

I had a phone holder that attached to my vents in my old car but when I purchased a new vehicle and tried to switch the holder, it didn't fit my vents because they tapered. This is very small and fits that tapered vent nicely. However, I have an Otterbox on my phone so that is proving a bit of a pain. The magnet that goes on the phone doesn't stick to that outer flexible part of the Otterbox so I put the magnet on the plastic case under the outer layer. The magnet is strong enough to adhere to the body of the holder but the phone with the Otterbox is a bit heavy so it doesn't stay up at the angle I prefer to be able to glance at GPS without taking my eyes quite so off of the road. The other thing that I wasn't thrilled with was the lack on instruction; there are several adhesive magnets and the instructions provided are very small and more pictures than words. The other catch is that I use a flat charger rather than a cord and I now have to take the phone out of the Otterbox each night to charge my phone since the magnet prevents it from connecting to the charger. It's still a decent product and I'm glad I bought it. The issues are minor and not related to quality or value. I am not disappointed with the purchase.

Very easy to install and to use, holds phone well if properly placed on flat surface and doesn't obscure the screen.

Easily the best cell phone holder out there. I wanted something to stick on my dash that will hold my old spare cell phone and be rotatable. I have a dash camera but it's suctioned to the windshield and does not swivel/rotate.So using an old cell that has a camera and no data card or phone plan and just laying around in a desk drawer, I repurposed it as my cop camera. Should I ever need to video anyone at my car window I just need to dbl click the home button on my old J7V samsung phone to activate the camera, press record button, swivel the phone to the drivers window and bingo, I'm recording everything. And playback is super easy Vs my dash cameras. Don't toss or trade that old cell, buy this MEIDI cell phone holder and make your own dash camera. Easy peasy dude's and dudettes!

After using it on the dash, the back side of the holder is way back. Even if you adjust the front to keep the phone in place the screen is facing way up on this none adjustable angle.

Hi, the grip on the part you put on the back of phone worked well for about two months, then the phone would fall. Can't recommend.
