The quality of the phones are good. The handset fits into the hand nicely and has a clip on the back if you need to hook it to something. My wife really likes the multiple colors so she knows when she sees one she knows where it's supposed to go since our children seem to leave them where ever they are when they end the call. The sound quality is good and we haven't had any issues with the battery life so far. My one issue is a holdover from the previous cordless phones we had. When the phone rang it would either say the name if the caller ID had it or the phone number if it didn't. This Vtech model doesn't do that. It just rings so you either have to have the phone next to you or walk over to it to see who's calling and that is a pain in the butt just to see that's a spam call. Bottomline, if you don't mind not having the phone announce the caller these are a good addition to your home.
