Do these scales connect successfully to WPA2-PSK [AES] 5Ghz wifi networks? Most seem to only connect to WPA on a 2.4Ghz so just want to check first

No, Body Smart is only compatible with a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Do these scales have an option of measuring in stone and pounds

Yes, you can select between three weight units on your Body Smart: kilogram (kg), stone (stlb), and pound (lb). To change the unit, go to https://cutt.ly/RwhF6KMQ and follow the guides outlined.

what does this scale measure specifically please list ie body fat? viseral fat? etc

I bought Withering Body Smart scales a few weeks ago. Apart from measuring you weight it records your heart rate, muscle mass, visceral fat, bone mass, water mass and body mass index. For the scales to measure the above you need to stand on the scales bare footed. If you wear socks it will only measure your weight. It also gives the results in graph form so that you can see “trends”.

if you use the eyes closed mode, can you see how much weight you've lost, without seeing your actual weight?

Yes, all your weight measurements and data from the Body Smart are available on the Withings app when the Eyes-Closed mode is enabled on the scale. For more details, please refer to https://cutt.ly/bwbC2Ozs.
