I couldn’t get on with the traditional string type. This made it more manageable. I would recommend. Review: Very sturdy, confidence inspiring (not going to break in use), works well. - It's plenty long enough for those with long, long bows and made of strong flat material similar to car seatbelt. If it's too long for your bow, I don't think tying knots in it to shorten it down would negatively affect the material either. I much prefer this over the ones made from string (lawnmower starter chord type stuff). Nice and grippy under the large loop end too with a stitched in rubber pad. The pouch for the other end is deep and fits the thin tips of my Bear Montana longbow just fine. Those with very wide nocks may have a problem but for most people it will be fine I think. I mean I didn't think I'd have a lot to say about a stringer, but even the stitching seems designed for toughness. There's a nice rubber inside the top limb loop which slips so much less than any other I've played with. Perfect for recurves.
