One of the best and prompt customer support
One of the best electric kettles in the market. I experienced some issues with the kettle after about 6 months of rigorous use, so i contacted Agaro Customer Care as the product was under warranty. Their support team responded professionally and asked me to provide a video demonstrating the problem while the kettle was in operation. After reviewing the video they approved a replacement and sent a new kettle. I appreciate the smooth warranty process and great customer service.

I bought this in oct 2025 at this point the kettle works exceptionally well the best art it has warm water option so it make cooking easier and faster ...after all these months it's still working fine
