Staedtler Mars Carbon Lead, 2mm, 2H, 12 Lead

I use these for my lead holders - I have a Staedtler Mars, a Koh i Noor, an Alvin Tech, and one whose name has rubbed off, but this is the default lead for this type of lead holder. It works great for all of them, sharpens well, and it is very sturdy; I don't think I've ever accidentally broken a lead. Because of both the thickness/durability as well as the ability to get extra sharp, it makes it very easy to control the thickness, detail, and weight of the lines that you draw and write. And it feels very smooth to use.

This 4 H lead is hard to find. I really love Staedtler Mars lumograph lead is the best 2mm lead for all kinds of drawing.

I use mechanical pencils with various hardness 'leads' for sketching and drawing... these are fine refills that sharpen well for a reasonable price.

Buying this item was certainly cheaper than buying a new clutch pencil everytime I ran out of graphite, the graphite does come pre sharpened but it doesn't hurt to sharpen them any further. The package was encased in bubble wrap, meaning no graphite was harmed.

硬めの芯の鉛筆で、カーボン紙（最近見ないな）を当てて、絵を転写するという作業をしていました。 ２Hの鉛筆を使っていたのですが、ちびて使えなくなったので、とりあえず持っていたHの鉛筆を使うようになりました。 ”２Hの鉛筆のほうがいいなぁ。”とは思っていましたが、鉛筆を買うには、電車に乗って、百貨店に行かなければ、買えないのでした。 近所に、文房具を売っている店など、とうの昔になくなっているのです。 みんな、ネットで買い物をするせいでしょう。 （かく言う、わたしもですが・・・だから、これを書いている。） ”鉛筆を買うだけで、それもなぁ・・・”と思っていた、ある日の事・・・ ”ホルダー”を持っているということに気付きました。 ホルダーで、２Bと４Bの芯を使っていました・・・ ２Hの芯を買えばいいだけではないのか！ なぜ、いままで、そのことに、気付かなかったのか。バカだからか。（自覚はありましたが・・・） そして、Ａｍａｚｏｎさんで買いました。 すぐに、手に入りました。 いまでは、普通に使っています。 鉛筆というモノに、愛着があるのですが、芯を尖らすのが、めんどいからなー やっぱし、便利だわー

昔フランスで測量技師しててマップを手で書く時に初めてこの４Hを使ってん。軽く線を描きたい時にこれおすすめです。

Really happy with these leads for my staedtler refillable pencil. Good value and lots of leads. I doubt I will need to buy again in my lifetime.
