Great! ### ⭐ Difficult to deal with *by C***L on 31 May 2026* I needed a small plastic shaft for the top of mine. I HAD to buy the whole unit. On arrival the small plastic shaft is separate and I’m expected to disassemble the roller shaft to insert the retainer pin! Shabby! As agreed, I kept the shaft and returned the vacuum head a couple of weeks ago.
