Product great, pictures misleading
This is a great product if you have the need to fidget, or have anxiety or anything like that. The only disappointing thing is the figures displayed in the advert don't tell you that you woulld need 10-15 pens I'm order to be able to make them. Personally I just like to fiddle so it's not that big am issue for me, but if making things is your objective. Make sure you know how many you will need to make your chosen figure. Only other slight downside is the noise could be annoying to others ...apart from that if you need to fiddle for what ever reason, this is brilliant.

Flimsy
Many of the magnetic parts are flimsy and poor quality. Most broke.

Disappointed
The item arrived in good time, it was well packaged and comes in a lovely box. My daughter really likes the item but has been disappointed as it has chipped on one of the parts.Quality is OK but won't last, as chipped after 2 days.
