I usually use my processor when cooking for 6 people or less, and the eight cup has always been more than sufficient to handle that quantity of ingredients. If you usually cook for a larger crowd, you may want the 11 cup bowl, but otherwise the 8 cup should be sufficient. You could always process in batches if you only occasionally require a larger bowl for processing. **Q: Can i buy additional discs for this machine? french fry disc? whipping blade? citrus juicer?** A: Addie must have missed “These are the only blade and discs for this item.” in the seller’s response. **Q: Do the slices come out beveled or of equal thickness on the entire slice? Does this attachment otherwise work well?** A: I don’t use the dicer anymore. It’s a poor design requiring too mush work.
