I had the misfortune of having one β€œear” of my cap break off when I was securing it in place. I wrote to the manufacturer explaining the failure and I ordered another one. Within HOURS I heard back from the company both on my cell phone and in writing - ON A SUNDAY! They explained that they have beefed up the cap, were shipping the new one asap and were crediting the original one back to me! Who does this?! Apparently they do.
