Easy and effective
I use these to continue my PT at home after a knee injury. They are easy to apply. The work well and do not take up a lot a room in storage. I also like the sand (?) filing. I is flexible so it bends around my ankle well. The only caution I offer is that these fit a larger ankle. I am a 6'1" athletic woman. If I were shorter, they might not work. Kook for the size, before you purchase.

Aesthetically, pleasing and comfortable
I love these! I wear them every morning while I’m getting ready as well as when I’m working out and I can feel the little extra burn in my arms. These are for the price they’re very sturdy and comfortable. The Velcro is easy to come on and off when needed, but stays on while you’re working out. I highly recommend these especially the color is so pretty! It makes working out a little bit more fun

Solid and Secure
Bought the 1lb weights as an experiment to wear around the house with the idea of graduating to higher weights if successful. So far, after one day, the weights feel comfortable and secure and not too bulky. They appear solidly-made.

Just right for beginners
These one pound weights are great for seniors to start building leg strength. The Velcro holds really good and material is soft. The straps are adjustable and fit well.

Very comfortable and supportive
Very pleased with this purchase. Super soft padding on the weights adds for extra comfort when wearing. Very strong and durable velcro that holds it in place while you are working out. Glad I bought it. Great investment and a very good quality, this is a well made product.

Too small for ankles
These are not great ankle weights. They are made for your wrists. They fit small and unbalanced on the ankle. Im disabled. Outcome might be different for a normal person. Just be cautious.

Easy to use
I'm hoping to build up strength. Wear these around the house on my ankles and they are comfortable enough to do that all day. Would recommend and will probably buy the next set heavier as well.

Bulky even at 0.5kg
Honestly these are huge, way bulkier than I realised especially for such a tiny weight. Solid construction though so no fault with this item. Fits ok on medium-small wrists though
