I started with cupping then went into manual massage and trigger point work. It took less of the manual work and saved on my hands tremendously, plus I got the desired effects faster. I have also used cupping on myself for injuries and self care. The book is well written and thorough. I must add a caveat to my review. The print is rather light which makes it more difficult to read. A darker shade of ink would be much, much appreciated. (publisher, take note!) My eyes are a bit older so maybe this is why it's harder for me. I would have deducted a star if not for such amazing content. Way to go Shannon! Your work has always been amazing. I have had the pleasure of meeting this amazing young lady & have been on her treatment table. a few times as well as referring clients to her who loved her cupping work.
