Waited a very long time to make this purchase any these are worth every second of the wait. Great bits for hand tool work. Showed up fast once ordered. Well packaged. Just what was ordered.

Finish was not great as the spurs and cutting edges were poorly ground. Some work with a auger bit file and they work fine.

Do not buy these. The set I got was made in Brazil. They are completely unusable, even after many hours spent sharpening with an auger bit file and diamond hones. Stay away from this total, absolute junk. These are a classic example of why I detest the de-industrialization of North America. I have no objection to buying foreign-made products, except when they are total crap.

Irwin brace bits are quality bits and work well. Bought used from Amazon and they were virtually new and had no problems. Saved a good amount buying used and description was accurate.

If i could give negitive stars this would be the item to do so with! These are not first quality and I have no idea why irwin would allow Such Low Quality To Be Sold Under their name. Not a good deal. Update: 5-23-17 I took this set of bits to be professionally sharpened because they were dull when I recieved them. The place I took them to be sharpened told me these bits were used and poorly ground by someone who didn't know what they were doing! It's going to cost more than half again what I paid for these just to get them to usable condition. If I had known this I would have returned them when I recieved them!
