How flexible are the rubber shaping tools? Im looking for some really soft rubber tools.

I just checked several of the tools and they are very flexible. Light pressure will allow the tips to flex. I am very pleased with this set. Hope that helps!

what do you use these tools to make? jewelry, or cookies? or a gift for kids?

I bought these tools for my son to use for clay. I don’t think you can use these for jewelry. AMD maybe they can be used to shape cookies, I guess. But I bought them specifically for clay.

Can i use these to paint on canvas?

The flexible tip tools are extremely similar to tools that are sold for use with acrylic and oil paints for things like impasto and the like.  If that's what you're looking to do then you can probably use the flexible ones for that purpose.  If that's what you want them for then before buying this kit I would recommend that you look for a kit that is composed entirely of flexible rubber-tipped tools.  This kit is inexpensive but most of the tools in it will be useless for any kind of painting.  For the same money you may be able to get a kit that has a larger assortment of the flexible tip tools rather than a bunch of metal and wooden ones you might not be able to use for anything.

I paint but I have a dedicated assortment of tools and brushes for that.  I bought this kit strictly for sculpting polymer clay.  For the money it's as good as other kits that cost two or three times as much.  I guess there's a reason this is an Amazon bestseller.
