Very expensive but necessary box for my Jon Boat. I have a friend who has a similar sized box essentially this one in every way but price and it holds what is needed for daily fly fishing on the lake and not worrying about stuff getting wet. I can be used as a foot rest, seat but mostly holding fly boxes, tools, leader, tippet, gloves, beanies, sunscreen, hand warmers and even some room for sandwich and snacks.

Of course it lived up to its promises. It withstood rain and lots of ants of different kinds. Inside of the dry box never compromised. This is a dry box - not a cooler. Used in very windy dusty, then rainy environment and the contents stayed in place, clean and dry. Very sturdy. Good investment if you spend time outdoors and need clean secure and dry storage. Will be getting the larger size as well.
