You might need a small screwdriver to pop the side clips holding the old one to the panel. Two electrical connectors and the new one was in place. There are YouTube videos showing the exact process. I watched one of them. Took maybe 3 minutes. It's not OEM but I like the feel of the window switches better than the original. It has a "lighter" feel if that makes any sense. Worked like a champ as soon as I installed it. No issues. Looks good. I definitely recommend. Much better than trying to swap window switches from other doors.
