Stretching Strap Yoga Strap with Loops for Physical Therapy, Non-Elastic

My wife had knee replacement, and she uses this to stretch her knee out. It works great for that. Highly recommend.

My PT therapist gave me an exercise for my neck. She said I could use a sheet at home, and also told me I could buy the same strap I used at my PT session. It is inexpensive so I purchased. It is the same exact strap I used at my session, and it is working out fine for the exercise. The strap is long enough, approx 76 inches, plenty of support, it is very sturdy, the loops have plenty of room to hold on to, and I love the blue color. I just started my PT sessions and using this strap, so I can't comment if it's helping yet. So far, I do recommend.

I ordered this for physical therapy exercises that I had to do. The length of the strap is good. The quality and color of the yoga strap is awesome in purple. I love purple so the pretty purple was calming. It was easy to use, comfortable to use, and has the different strap hooks to grab for adjusting the length and where to grab on the strap making it versatile. The quality is good too. I definitely recommend this yoga strap.

This strap was purchased for physical therapy. As described, it doesn't stretch and is extremely sturdy. The material is not frayed. The color is accurate, a bright yellow. I appreciate the images on the box that show various ways of using the strap. The price was low. Although the box was delivered in Amazon packaging, it arrived damaged on both ends. Since this was not a gift and it functions as promised, I kept the product and did not deduct any stars from the rating.

This yoga strap does exactly what it’s supposed to. It’s been great for improving my flexibility and helping me ease into deeper stretches without strain. The material feels sturdy and comfortable to use, and it holds up well during workouts. For the price, it’s an easy win—solid quality and very useful for mobility work.

It's just like the one I used in physical therapy. It's not supposed to stretch. It doesn't come with "instructions"; however, you can always Google if you don't know what you should do with it. I already knew since I'd been through PT with one. If you're looking for something that stretches, you're probably looking for a resistance band that doesn't have straps. Just what I was looking for.

Comes with suggested exercises on the back of the box. Very strong with several sections of grips along the strap, making it not only one size fits all, but versatile to stretching and yoga positions.

I know it’s meant for stretches, yoga and etc, but I bought because I had a knee surgery and this has been a staple since then. I used it to lift my leg off the bed or to get into the bathtub. I don’t think I’ll ever get rid of it because at this point in my rehab, I’ll be using it to stretch.

Great for helping me stretch, the loops on it means I could adjust depending on what I need each day.
