How do I get in contact with the company if I need assistance with the bike?

Our Customer Care Center can best be reached at 888-881-2453 Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. You can also contact through email (service@royal-bike.com) at any time.

What is seat height from ground to top of seat?

Hi, that's equal to the "saddle height". Here below is the value. Size 14" bike: 18.9" to 22.8"; Size 16" bike: 20.5" to 24.4"; Size 18" bike: 21.7" to 27.5"; Size 20" bike: 24" to 29.5". You can refer to the size guide in the 3rd image of the product for more details.

My son is 3yo but big for his age, about 38" and maybe 38lbs too? Should I go with the 12" or 14"?

12" if you want him to be comfortable. I don't think it's as fun for the kid if he has to grow into his bike. I bought a 14" for my grandson, but ended up getting him a 12" bike too. He's 4, and is still waiting to grow into the 14". He's also very coordinated and loves the 12".

Why doesn't it come with training wheels?

RoyalBaby believes that training wheels are not the best way for a toddler to learn a two-wheeler. In fact, training wheels will hinder kids' nature to get balancing skills and may lead them to have a hard time taking them off once they get used to it. Learning to ride without training wheels allows kids to develop better control and agility on the bike. You can visit the Royalbaby online shop if you still need training wheels. Feel free to contact us at (service@royal-bike.com) if you have any queries.
