Round Automatic Travel Compact Umbrella Windproof Strong, with Wind Vent, Black, One Size

Bought 2 of these umbrellas for using on holiday. They aren’t as compact as I wanted but they are great quality and very sturdy. They are easily put up and down at the touch of the buttons although returning them to original size needs some gentle force but that may only be due to the newness & may become easier with use. They dry quickly and give great coverage and protection from the rain. I haven’t used them in wind yet. They were a good value purchase and much better quality than other umbrellas I have which cost more. Overall I am very happy with them.

Bit heavier than expected and prefer something more lightweight but it is well made and does well in the wind because it has overlapping panels that let the wind escape as opposed to 1 big continuous panel of fabric. I don't find it easy to close, whilst I like the button close option and look for umbrellas with this feature, it then requires quite a bit of force to put the umbrella back to its original starting position.

Great umbrella for the price. I cant really see what else you would need from a small umbrella. It packs up small the button allows for automatic opening and closing. Closing folds the top part of the umbrella but you still have to push it down to shorten the pole if you are wanting to pack it away. Its plain black (a small amazon label on the velcro fastening) and fits in the side pocket of my laptop bag for when i need i t going to work. really glad i bought it as i can't see what more expensive umbrellas could proved that this one doesn't. The build quality seems really good unlike some other ones in this price bracket that i have had previously. The wind vent seems to work well and doesn't let water drip through as i was worried about in the wind. I doubt it would work in really strong winds but its been great fro me so far.

Feels sturdy and all that. Much heavier and bigger than expected. Big when closed, not so big when opened. I have an umbrella that's MUCH smaller closed and has a bigger span than this umbrella! And it's so much lighter than this umbrella!I bought it because of its wind vent and automatic open and close function, but the heaviness of the umbrella makes it really hard to use! Plus, it cannot open the umbrella when it's elongated, so you have to push it back to reopen it with the button! Not convenient when you have to keep opening and closing your umbrella at places.

A great, strong umbrella at a brilliant price for the quality. I had one of these for many years which I sadly lost. I purchased another one and I am equally impressed with the quality - this is the only umbrella I’ve owned which doesn’t regularly get turned inside out in strong wind, and it has a big canopy for the size, which is perfect at keeping your back dry as well. This is my go-to umbrella. Construction is sturdy, and the button makes it easy to open and close the umbrella quickly when needed.

On the second use, my AmazonBasics travel umbrella bent and is now unusable (please see photo). The issue it comes up against is in a good old City wind tunnel caused by sky scrapers and/or high rise buildings. If an umbrella can survive a walk through Regent's Place in central London then it's indestructible. Alas, this is not. In fact I didn't even make it to Regent's Place. It broke on a walk down Putney High Street.Now I can accept a wind tunnel would cause the brolly to turn inside out. Hell, I almost turn inside out in some wind traps. However what is unacceptable to myself, is that it bent and became instantly unusable.I would recommend this umbrella in it's place:Compact "Teflon" Fast Drying Travel Umbrella, Reinforced Windproof Frame, Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, Auto Open/Close, Slip-Proof Handle for Easy CarryI only replaced this when I left it on the Tube.

Works well, nice and small but effective.

You can buy any number of cheap travel umbrellas and they're all going to be pretty much of a muchness. Many of them will just be rebranded versions of the same thing. This seems to keep the rain off, it hasn't broken in the couple of times I've used it, but ultimately I'm probably only going to use it a handful of times a year so who knows how long it will truly last if used. As with many umbrellas this is basically a foot long, which is a bit long for one of my smaller work bags but fine for keeping in the car for emergencies.

Excelente. Muy cómodo y conveniente. Se despliega completamente con el botón. No hay necesidad de "empujarlo". Es rápido al abrir lo cual es util para salir del coche cuando esta lloviendo. Al presionar de nuevo el boton, la estructura se pliega, pero no el bastón. Ese sí hay que empujarlo manualmente, pero ya es solo para cerrarlo. Viene con una funda también.

This umbrella arrived at the perfect time, just hours before a big storm blew through, and it performed incredibly well. The wind vent a the top helped the umbrella stay the right way around even during very strong gusts of wind. Also, the metal ribs seem to be very strong, flexing just the right amount when buffeted by the wind without any evidence of damage. The canvas is also quite high quality and looks very nice too.Some reviewers have mentioned that it is difficult to retract the umbrella. I didn't find it so. There is a up-and-down button on the handle. Just give that a press to either deploy or retract the umbrella and up it pops or down it comes with ease. It wraps up tightly and fits in the included sleeve for storage.The umbrella is a wee bit bulky, but then again it also extends to a good size and provides a lot of coverage. It isn't something I will carry in my purse every day, but it is definitely going to be something I carry on days when rain is a possibility. It is my new favourite umbrella.

Excellent umbrella. Very compact and easy to carry, but still feels sturdy. It opens quickly with the push of a button and handles windy conditions well without turning inside out or breaking. I chose the reinforced version and it has been great so far. Highly recommended.

高校生の息子が使ってます。傘はしっかりしてて良い感じ。多少乱暴に扱っても長持ちしそうです。ただ重めなので筋力がない人には不向き。
