Great Headset So Far!
I have been using this headset for work for about 1 month. I use it every day for work. I really hate wearing anything on my head and that includes traditional headphones. This headset was perfect because of the earbuds. The little earbud grippers work great and I have never had the earbuds fall out of my ears as I have with other sets. The headset comes with 3 pairs of earbud grippers and I did have to change them to use the smallest. I needed a headset that was for VOIP as I have recently switched to VOIP only at work. Even our phone system is through the internet and I can make calls from an app on my computer. The dongle was necessary for me. I have never once lost signal not even when talking away from my desk. I have not tried pairing these with any other device than my computer so am not sure how they perform with that setup. The Noise Cancellation works well for me. I do have my own office, but often hear outside noises and this completely cuts everything out. I have even used this headset to record videos at work because of the noise cancelling. I have not once ran out of battery life. Sometimes I am on the phone or listening to webinars, etc. all day. When working from home, I can wear these and not hear the TV in the other room. I was somewhat nervous to purchase this headset due to some of the other reviews. However, I am glad I decided to get this set. So far, I have no signs of wear / tear. I don't get any vibration or buzzing. No one complains about how I talk or that I sound far away. I have listened to music with these and I think the sound is really good and is very crisp, clean, and well-balanced. However, I have never used an expensive Beats or Bose headset before so perhaps I don't really have anything to compare them to. I also don't like tons of bass. I think the bass on these is adequate, but not overpowering. In general, it's a great work headset and it is comfortable. I haven't had any issues so far.

Highly recommended with some experimentation
I was hesitant to get these after reading many of the poor reviews, but ultimately decided to with a warranty in case anything did happen past the OEM coverage period. I'm an extensive gadget researcher, and at the current time, these are the only call center quality earbuds out on the market that have the connectivity and features I want. I've now been using these about 6 months/5 days a week on a pretty decent call load schedule (5-6 hours a day). So far, they've performed exceptionally well using the Jabra USB dongle (primary) and bluetooth (personal phone). When I first received these, I was always looking for or waiting for any issues to come up with the robotic sound issues that other reviews mentioned, and did have a couple calls where someone mentioned that, but experimented with different setups (using Chrome instead of Safari as the browser for the VoIP service), WiFi vs. Wired internet connection (most of you will say duh use wired), and finally ANC on vs. off. What I use on a day to day basis is ANC off because since these are earbuds, they do a pretty decent job masking ambient noise, and I sit in a quieter workspace anyways. When I've been in much noisier environments, I felt the ANC did do something, but not so much that it made an incredible difference. Having ANC off also gave me a couple more hours of battery life, and I never had anyone complain of the robot sound issues. Since I've had them, Jabra has also updated the firmware automatically several times, which could have patched up any issues. Would I recommend these? Absolutely yes. I use them more than any other headset or earbuds I have, including the Sennheiser MB Pro 1, AirPods, and Powerbeats. Use some experimentation if you get them. For me, both WiFi and Wired internet connections work flawlessly, with Bluetooth or USB, but I usually have ANC mode off.

Noisy Open Office Call Center
So I bought these to use in an open office call center environment. Only because my previous over the ear headset was bending the arms on my new glasses. As far as sound quality I use it specifically for a noisy call center so it works great with the ACN mode on, I can no longer hear, I'd say 80-90% of the noise around me. Which makes hearing the caller so much easier. I have found that sometimes there is a touch of interference where the caller or myself sounds robotic like there is some glitch within the headset. But it usually clears in a few seconds. I do love the microphones surprisingly as I'm not speaking but but typing while listening to the caller sometimes they ask if I'm still there cause it does cut out a lot of the other noise around me. Other headsets, company provided and noise canceling headsets I would have the moc pick up my neighbor who was on the phone and they would be answering her questions. It was a nightmare, cause that meant all of the snide remarks and curse words around me were being heard too. Not with this headset! Pros: 》ACN (active noise cancelling) works for noisy environments 》microphones able to pic up your voice and not other background noises so if you're using this as a call center headset. Price is worth it. Cons: 》earbuds themselves can be uncomfortable almost painful as they are oval shaped instead of round, and it pushes on my ear. I have to take them out periodically to give my poor ears a rest. 》(not really much of a con as it is just an inconvenience) battery life drains much quicker when you use ANC so a typical 9 hour shift I end up having to connect it to a charger towards the end of the night.

Two Years Later - Disappointed in the Short Lifespan
I originally loved these, and raved to everyone at work about them (I bought them for my office when were were switching to cubicles) but now that 2 years has passed I'm shocked at the issues I've started running into. Battery just dying randomly, or the headphones overheating, sound just cutting out completely, etc. For over $250 for a pair of headphones, I honestly thought they would last longer than this, so I'm a bit shocked. I did a lot of research before I purchased these, and I was not expecting to have to buy another set already. I'm honestly really disappointed and unsure if I will by Jabra again after this. UPDATE: Feb 2021 and now the headphones no longer work at all. The on/off button has stopped working completely. Complete garbage!

Great for home office, not so good in loud environments.
These are a great set for home office use since they have a separate key fab for PC and Bluetooth for phone. This keeps the two devices from interfering with each other (a problem I had with Apple Beats since they use Bluetooth for both connections). Only issue with that so far is an incoming call on the phone will interrupt the PC (e.g. when I'm on a Zoom call) which is annoying although I'm sure there's a setting I just haven't found yet. Battery life is great - they last all day on an overnight charge. Biggest gripe is that in noisy environments (like mowing my lawn), they do not do a good job of isolating the outside sound (and I've tried all ear gel and wings combinations).

Great for laptop and cellphone use
My wife and I made a trip out west in our trailer to visit our kids. Worked in our trailer along the way and while at their home. Needed a headset that allowed both of us to work in close proximity to each other. The noise cancellation and pass thru feature work well. I was able to easily switch between cell phone and computer use, but my wife had issues when doing so with her laptop. While we were close to each other, we still worked in different parts of the trailer. Not sure you could work right next to someone else and wouldn't recommend that. I find the fit very comfortable and the ear pieces stay in my ear very well. I could never use apple earphones because they constantly fell out of my ears. These stay put. I often wear just the right ear, as having both ear pieces in when talking is too much for me. Comes with small, medium and large ear pieces. After 6 weeks of use on the road I still use them daily at home. A couple things I didn't know when purchasing. The ear pieces are magnetic, so when not in use they stick together when hanging around your neck. Great feature. Also, when you receive a call, pulling the ear pieces apart answers the call. Took me a while to figure that feature out, thought it was something I was touching on the ear piece itself. I'm on the phone 6-8 hours a day for my job. I use this headset about 30-40% of the time and have never had any issue with battery life. I do plug them in every night so they are fresh for use in the morning.

Alright Headset for Work and Phone
Works pretty well when paired to both phone and computer. I get random sounds and have experienced more issues recently with static. Not as good as the pyt set I had before.

Active Noise Cancelling is terrible; if that's what you need, buy Bose QC 20 and live with the cord.
I am an avid Jabra buyer and was excited to see this line expansion. Unfortunately my overall review is "these are just regular wireless earbuds that cost $260." I have gone through multiple UC 65's, graduated to the UC 75, and now I'm trying the UC 75e. I've personally had maybe 6 or 7 sets of normal on-ear headsets so far (they break easy!!) and I've probably bought close to 80 for work. Pros: - build quality *seems* good, best of any Jabra yet (time will tell if this matters) - ear comfort is very nice; the contour fit is excellent (better than Bose QC 20 so far) Cons: - noise cancelling, the most important and defining feature in my opinion, is absolutely terrible and useless. Bose users will be *extremely* disappointed. - expensive for what you get ("value" in't necessarily awesome) - the included case is somewhat large - it creates lots of wasted space in a work bag - only offered with old school USB Type A dongle... needs a dongle-adapter to work with modern USB-C Apple machines... seriously we're at the point in life where we need adapters *for dongles*?!?! I have not yet tested the microphone in noisy environments, but I will. I also haven't tested battery life, but I bet it will be good (Jabras are traditionally great with that).

Great ear phones
The ability to connect to laptop and cell phone is great.

Duración de la bateria
El producto es increible, sin embargo el único detalle es que la bateria dura relativamente poco, hay que cargarlo a diario y no por más del tiempo requerido, sino se daña.

Quality Headset, Good Purchase
I find these very good quality for sound and to minimize outside noise, with or without use of the noise cancellation turned on. I appreciate I can work without tied to my e-device or smartphone, can have enough battery time to last my entire workday and then some. Jabra is my choice for bluetooth ear pieces for both work and sport. Simply the best.

Great battery life and good sound
Changed to these after using Bose (Quiet Comfort 20) noise cancelling buds for a long time, these Jabra are a bit cheaper and while not as good IMO, they're pretty damn good. Battery life is great, really easy to connect with various devices too. Microphone is not as good as the Bose, especially in windy conditions or where background noise is high but listening is good especially with the noise canceling on. Would recommend.

Excellent noise cancelling microphone performance
Got these specifically for conference calls in noisy environments, to replace Bose noise cancelling headphones (QC20i). The QC20i are terrific for listening to music, but are terrible for talking in a noisy environment as the mic picks up all manner of background noise. The Jabra works great with both Skype call using a PC and phone calls using regular mobile. Much much better for making and taking calls than the Bose.
