Easy installation. Flush fit....After just over one years use in situ the item has failed. On pushing down to pop it up it didn't work in that it only got pushed down further. Dismantled item and on checking it it had two broken plastic 'lugs' which assisted in pushing item up when required whereas mine now didn't work. So it is now in the raised, ready to use position as I dont want to push it down cos it is too awkward to push it up from below the work surface. Anyway, will now have to order a new one. The flange is 114mm which nearly covers the hole. **Q: How much clearance do I need under the worktop for the unit to fully slide down into its storage position?** A: Sorry I’m not sure - it’s between two of my units so I can’t check **Q: Hole size required** A: The hole size 102mm Diameter (4”).
