Personally, I'd advise against it. That said, I use these for wireless speakers Alto TS412's, and considering getting some more for my TS318's for the total PA System. Have tried on my SM58 via an Akai Force, worked perfectly. Hope that helps. **Q: I had shure sm58,which type shall i use..the u3 or u3c?** A: The shire sm58 does not require any phantom power. So buy the model with a line / mic switch. The off switch is called mute. They work very well I have both models. The range is great and the run time is perfect for a 3 1/2hr gig it’s not run out of power yet but we do turn it off in the break **Q: can the phantom (12/48V) be turned off or is it permanently on?** A: Hello, phantom can't be turned off once xvive U3C on working, this unit is designed for condenser microphone which needs phantom power supply. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple and works *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 30 August 2025* Charge up, plug in, connect in seconds and away you go.Quick and simple.Sound quality good. What's not to like? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple to use Bluetooth XLR connection *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 June 2025* Brilliant solution to play music off your phone into xlr amp or p/a connection. Easy to connect, charging took an hour but charge seems to last sever hours. Simple to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Easy To Set Up *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 November 2025* Very straightforward to set up, phone recognised it immediately. Works great from a decent distance (haven't tested full range) but fine for large stage. You do have to turn the gain on your chosen channel right down to almost zero though as it has a very hot signal (iPhone 15 & Behringer desk). No noticeable noise was added. ## Frequently Bought Together - Xvive P3 Bluetooth XLR Receiver for Audio Mixer, Active PA, DJ Systems - Cable Matters 3.5mm to XLR Cable 6 ft, Male to Male XLR to 1/8 Inch Cable, XLR to 3.5mm Cable, Compatible with iPod, MP3 Player, Laptop, Voice Recorder and More - 6 Feet - Togconn 1/4" TRS Male to XLR Adapter 4 Pack, 1 Pair 6.35mm 1/4" Male to XLR Male Adapter and 1 Pair 6.35mm 1/4" Male to XLR Female Adapter, 1/4 Inch TRS Male to XLR Connector --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.in/products/544098129-p3-bluetooth-audio-receiver-for-mixer-active-pa-dj-systems](https://www.desertcart.in/products/544098129-p3-bluetooth-audio-receiver-for-mixer-active-pa-dj-systems) --- *Product available on Desertcart India* *Store origin: IN* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
