What is the thickness of colored foam sheets?

MEARCOOH foam paper thickness is 2mm.

How easy is it to remove? I'd like to use to protect garage wall from kids opening car door, but don't want to damage paint when removed.

This isn’t meant for that, and the adhesive will likely stick to the garage walls and be difficult to scrape off. Plus it’s less than 1/10th of an inch thick so won’t protect the walls.
