It works for me. A natural product without hidden harmful ingredients that even prescribed medical shampoos have. I rinse my hair first, massage shampoo in and leave for 5 minutes (including my beard), rinse. Then use a small amount of shampoo again and immediately rinse off. This is the correct way to use most shampoos. The second very brief wash leaves hair shinier, softer. This shampoo is natural, powerful but gentle on hair/scalp and has low lather, which is a good thing. Everyone is unique but this is the only shampoo that has stopped my dandruff (due to medication/health condition), where NHS and other medicated shampoos have failed. Costly, natural and works. Twenty years of use speaks for itself.
