Ob zur Selbstmassage nach dem Training, zur Lockerung verspannter Muskelpartien oder zur allgemeinen Förderung der Beweglichkeit – dieses Tool erfüllt zuverlässig seinen Zweck. Die Verarbeitung ist gut, das Material fühlt sich hochwertig an und zeigt auch nach mehrfacher Nutzung keine Abnutzungserscheinungen. Bought after knee surgery from an accident at work. The physio in the hospital advised me to buy one and to look on Amazon for their own brand. Hence I have bought a vast amount of Amazon stuff, clothing etc. So I knew this would be good value and it is. Being 6ft 4" and 20st I needed something large and this fitted the need.

Ideal for rolling out sore muscles. It arrived on-time and was the quality and material that we expected.

I've purchased a few rollers off Amazon and eBay. The first one was too soft, the second had trigger points and was quite uncomfortable, but this one is rock solid and by far the best of the three. Some of the softer foam rollers don't allow you to get deep enough into the muscles to feel the 'pain' necessary to make changes. That certainly isn't the case with this high-density foam roller. With this one you WILL feel it, because there is very little give and so once your bodyweight is on it you'll know about it :) You can obviously push yourself away from the foam roller to lighten the feeling if you like, but it's good and important to have the ability to go deep if you need to. Quality-wise, there is no way this foam roller is going to lose its shape and price-wise I think it's well worth it. I've not purchased much from Amazon Basics before, but I have to say I'm impressed with just about everything.
