It is sturdy and easy to use (easier than the Peak jump board, since you only have to drop it into the slots and don't have to tighten anything). I have joint problems which would make doing any jumping (e.g., jumping jacks, jump rope, running) hard for me; using a jump board like this one means I can still get the movement without using my body weight. Also, Balanced Body has a ton of video clips on their YouTube channel, which gives you great ideas on how to use their equipment.
