They didnโt work for me
These didnโt work for me. I wanted these to help with heavier DB lifts such as RDLs & lunges. I have small hands so the thick DBs handles are tricky when they get heavy! These hardly wrap around them and donโt give you any extra lift or support at all. When they arrived itโs like the padding that goes around the bar/db was on backwards. However they are easy to use, good quality and fit well! The link is also pretty and they are comfy. I went to regular wrist wraps after purchasing these and they are so much better! Shame really.
