**Q: When holding a "large tablet", eg a ipad pro, would it make the macbook pro unstable? tilting due to shift of centre of gravity?**
A: Great product.   I use it with the smaller size ipad pro...It tilts a bit but it's easy to accomodate and find a new centre of gravity

A: Yes, yes you can. My husband has the one plus 5T and he can attach it on one of the sides.
