Was recommended by my nutritionist so I guess that's something. I still have a slow digestive track but with this product I seem to not get the indigestion I used to get. I would recommend the easiest way to take this is to just dump it directly in your mouth then take a swig of water. It tastes good. I have had major problems with candida and BV for many years, if im not fighing a monthly yeast infection, Im fighing BV. I have realised that once u get your candida under control your bv also is under some control, Environment offset of the vagina triggers both yeast and bv. I have candida overload bcus I have a problem with my digestion. I am on Omeprazole 20mg daily, this causes me not to produce the proper acid i need to digest food, this causes mal absorption of carbohydrates causing you to also have massive dumping of foods. Stomach acid also helps to fight invasion of bad organisms into your system eg, candida. When u have stomach problem you being your problems of thrush, candida, yeast and poor ph. Candida grows when have high carbs fermenting allowing for candida overrun.I cant immediately fix my acid reflux but in the meantime this product helps me to have a better digestion of my food, inturn helping me reduce the growth of candida. I have seen less yeast infections ( I use to get infections monthly around my period time) and overal better look and feel inside my vagina. Discharges are a bit clearer and I have no itchness or uncomfortable burning or worry down there. I also think that when I have controlled my candida I also allow those good bacteria down there a chance to florish better with out always having to compete in having to fight candida while tryin to re-establish a healthy environment at the same time.
