I'm smitten! The Cassie 19 is everything I'd hoped it would be. The craftsmanship is exquisite, the leather and coated canvas combo are beautiful and durable, and the inside space and organization are awesomely comfortable. So is the turn-lock. It works securely yet is so smooth and easy to open and close. For a smallish bag, it holds a lot and does it well. I got a great deal on Amazon Resale; the bag was new but had no top handle, so I can't speak to that. The chain strap is big, chunky and heavy and I'll probably never use it, but it does jazz up the bag if you like that sort of thing. The leather crossbody strap could be a tiny bit wider but is otherwise perfect. The hardware is sturdy. Based on other reviews I've read complaining that the straps fall off, I'd recommend that you attach the straps with the hooks facing out to prevent them from detaching. I imagine if you hook multiple straps to a single D ring, they might interfere with each other and cause this to happen. I just use a crossbody strap and have no problem - and it's sooo comfortable to carry! That about covers it. If you're looking for a classic-style, excellent-quality everyday purse, this versatile beauty is a good bet!

Solid purse have few light scratches , love that it came with all its wrappings, it holds the basic stuff which is, medium to slim wallet, sunglasses, keys, lipstick, face powder, sunscreen, feminine products, phone . I wish I had purchased the original version of Cassie but I am still satisfied with this size. Good for date night and day trip around town. update June 14th, 2025....Bag is holding up well, took it grocery shopping movies etc, really have to be careful with color transfer despite your clothes being wash once the bag is rubbing against your body it will have color transfer, I had a little bit color transfer and I manage to get most of it out. Beware it's a white bag lol white clothes get dirty too if you sit or rub anywhere....I would say get something to spray over it to protect it from transfer make sure it doesn't damage the color of the bag and its leather.

Had the Coach Cassie 19 Denim in my chart for a month and finally purchased....so pleased that I did. Purse came extremely well packaged with all tags and dust bag. Delivery was next day with Amazon Prime. Well structured bag with beautiful antique gold hardware, flawless denim and smooth cobalt blue leather straps (also comes with detachable gold shoulder chain). Denim appears to be a tad darker than the original Cassie 19 Denim when first released. Also comes with blue Coach hang tag instead of the tan/brown one on the first release. Great storage and could be worn/carried three ways. 10 out of 10! Purchase it now!

This little Cassie Crossbody is just what I was looking for in a bag for summer. I've been wanting something white for a while now and finally found it all in Cassie. The leather is super soft and for a small bag it does fit pretty much everything I need for a special day or night out. My only critique is that I wish that the second compartment was just a tiny bit wider because I can really only fit in my phone by taking off the case, which I don't really like to do. I'm hoping that maybe there will be a little give with it over time but I do wish the smaller Coach bags overall would be a little more phone friendly as it's been a problem with other styles. Still this was worth keeping as it has everything I want ie top handle, crossbody, and even a chain strap to change out with the leather for a dressier look. The top handle is also removeable so there are a lot of options. Plus the leather is super soft, just as you'd expect from Coach. I love it.
