When I attempted to insert the mini-SD card, it fell inside the camera. This could happen each time you attempt to insert the card after removing it to read it on a computer. When I opened the case to retrieve the SD card by removing screws under the battery, the power switch fell out. I never did see the flashing LED mentioned in the user manual. To change any settings, you must modify a config.dat file, which you are supposed to save but there is no guidance on where or how, and it is not intuitive; file-save and file-save-as did not work. If you enjoy frustration, buy this camera.
