## Questions & Answers

**Q: took the scissors out on arrival and put them back into scabbard - now cant get them out...any suggestions?**
A: Without teaching you to suck eggs.. my scabbard has 3x stickers on one side, I’ve always used that as the top side.
Therefore, I push the scissors in with the black plastic nut protector facing up.
My scissors just need a wiggle and a slight tug then every time that I pull them out.

Hope that this helps

**Q: thanks, had a pair of these scissors for many years, but new one's are not the same. Had tried lock & I didnt "ram them in",wow-looks like known prob?**
A: You are right!!
I would never buy another pair!!
