It was fairly easy to set up and we finished assembling it fairly quickly. The down side of this shed is that almost all of the parts arrived dented. We strategically placed the worst dents where they would be least noticed. The metal is not thick but will probably be okay for our intended light use. Be sure to peel all of the plastic coating off of each metal piece before assembling the shed. This is what takes the most time during the set up. But once you get the hang of peeling it the process speeds up.
