That way (with bleach water already sitting in the bowl) you at least have a head start on the problem before they make thirwe contributions. . #2. You could get a product that continuously self dispenses air freshener or odor neutralizer and park it VERY OBVIOUSLY close to the toilet when they are there.-maybe they'll take the hint. There are even some now that have an adjustable frequency setting so you could crank it to max when they come and turn it down when they leave. #3. Find out if you have an extremely low volume flush toilet installed if they will "consent" to flush THAT? #4 The potentially explosive "It's my/our house-MY/OUR rules, your house YOUR rules. I don't want MY/OUR house to stink." approach. (The upside to #4 is that you'll have a better read on how much your GIRLFRIEND values the relationship she has with YOU vs the one that she has with her PARENTS-on a MINOR conflict. AND also on how her parents view your relationship whith her. maybe they don't think it will last and are "testing" you for comittment? I really hate when I have to go #2 and I can't hold it until I get home. I work in a very small office, with only one bathroom and so when you have to go #2, you don't want to smell up the whole place. My Ma hipped me to these bathroom drops and I am so thankful.These bottles are nice and small and so you can hold them in your hand as you walk to the bathroom and no one knows whats about to go down. You put a few drops in the toilet before you do your business and it already starts to freshen the air with what smells like the original pine sol smell. You do your business and flush and there is no offensive smell left behind.Now, because I am extra self conscious, I add another drop or two after the toilet bowl fills back up for that added clean smell. This is AWESOME! Great price, works exactly as stated, simple to use (not always easy to remember, butt you'll know the difference immediatly), it is very effective, and is small enough to travel with. This can be used after you go and for the next user, in advance and as a bathroom freshener. Not great as a gift (because of the insinuation or interpretation) but good to leave behind or at a party. Good for RV and outhouses, garbage disposals, and even makes cleaning the septic tank nicer. Be careful not to drop the cap in the toilet, or get the blue spray bottle of similar stuff and just spray the water. Even works well after or to amaze/surprise the next guest, use it after flushing, and even after seeing if you don't flush at night if you go #1, too.
