Smoking
Less than two weeks the first one blew up. Ordered a second one as wiring has been done specifically for this one. Hopefully lasts longer. Started smoking.

Didn't last long
This worked ish. It doesn't have a diode to prevent back feeding. How I had it hooked up is not recommended. So it didn't work for my situation. I won't blame the product for my van battery dying. However it didn't last very long.

Great converter using it on a golf cart.
I was in the process of building a new golf cart and needed a converter for lights and sound, this thing rocks and has 50 amps, I also like that it has a built in relay so it powers off with the golf cart. Just make sure you remove the little jumper wire.
