Holy moly! These noodles are a game changer. I'm diabetic, so I do the low carb thing...25 or less carb meals, with 15 carb or less snacks, so these noodles are great. Tried them with homemade spaghetti sauce, and they taste just like regular noodles. Kind of spendy, but I don't care. I'm going to buy some of the spaghetti noodles, so that I can make some lo mein, and Chinese dishes.

It’s the best low carb pasta we have tried. The texture is a little dense but the flavor is good. We have had some that come in water that you have to warm in the microwave and they were terrible. If you want to have pasta again try this one, my husband hasn’t had it for 3 years so this is a treat

I rarely do reviews, but I have tried every form of low carb there is on the market from normal low carb pastas to shiritake to veggie noodles. I already had good feeling about my purchase because these were made in Italy and I've heard how different their process from making pasta is on every level. I was looking for a good spaghetti noodle to use in Asian cuisine and pasta disges and let me tell you this did not disappoint. Typically I use explore cuisine, but I just can't get over the black color, clearly we are women and we eat with our eyes as well. I also eat Kaizen pasta which is pretty great but can be a tad mushy. They don't have spaghetti shapes. But this hands-down is my favorite low-carb pasta just everything about it was perfect texture and taste- cooked for 16 minutes . And yes, it's pricey but so is all low-carb food. I will definitely be a repeat customer for life. Worth every penny.. people don't really realize how far pasta goes if you really eat two oz servings, which is really enough when you add your meat and veggies and sauce, three boxes will go along way.

Keto foods have come a long way. Keto tortilla and keto bread taste identical to their non-keto counterparts. Allulose tastes like regular sugar. I can't say the same for Pete's noodles but I can say that they are the best keto noodles that I have tried to date. The flavor is spot on however, the texture needs to be improved. The noodles are stiffer than regular noodles even after cooking for twice as long. They are not wiggly and slippery like regular noodles. They are also very expensive at over $20/lb. It looks like a real keto substitute for noodles is just around the corner.

I do keto and I think I have tried every low carb pasta available and they are not cheap. they either have the texture of rubber bands or taste like beans. I saw there were two options 0 carb and 7 carb for petes pasta. I got the 7 carb per serving. The box says cook for 20 minutes which i did. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. It tasted liked real pasta texture and all !!!! yes, it is pricey but still cheaper then going out to eat. So I say if you are diabetic or doing a low carb diet then splurge get this and enjoy pasta once again.

This pasta is great and certainly a blessing for pasta lovers who don’t want high carbs. The only downside, for me at least, is the high cost. That said, I won’t be buying it again until it becomes more affordable. $12 for 8 oz. Is way too much for the average person.

I was expecting an awful taste or an awful texture. I wasn't expecting to like it! I cooked it just like regular pasta, added a little olive oil some herbs garlic and onion. Perfection!

Much better texture and flavor than most low carb pasta I have tried in the past. Although I plan on continuing to purchase this product, I do wish it wasn't so expensive and also takes much longer to cook that traditional pasta.
