Chain sharpening is easy to do using an Oregon chain sharpening kit (available on Amazon).HOWEVER, since that original use the 2-stroke engine has turned into the Bain of my life. It is extremely difficult to start, and when it does start will not rev up and basically bogs down and dies.Having replaced the fuel filter, air filter, fuel lines. stripped and cleaned the carburettor, adjusted the idle speed and high and low fuel mix screws the damn thing still will not run.Should have purchased a quality product initially (I know they are considerably more expensive, but taking into account the time, effort and frustration this device has cost me I'm sure a quality product would have been cheaper.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall an excellent product, loop handle flimsy - but fixed quickly *by S***D on 29 July 2020* I am generally delighted with the construction and performance of the pruning saw. Much, much superior to its plastic, electricity driven counterparts. Unfortunately it is quite heavy and the loop handle is just not up to the job. As you see from the photo it broke on it’s first trip out...Mitox were, however, quick to remedy by sending a replacement part ### ⭐⭐ Seemed fine, but the wait for parts .... my oh my !!! *by C***R on 5 November 2021* The product seemed fine, neither great nor bad. However it didn't survive me stepping on it by accident. My fault, but we've waited over 4 months for a straight forward part and still not sign of it coming.
