Ok I have tried alot of mullein my partner has chronic COPD , This mullien leaf tea is the best out there. I have made so many tinctures with the leaf and so many teas for him and my sister they both say it's a game changer. I can tell simply by the quiet after they drink it , no coughing , it's part of thier day to day protocol for cough free better breathing .. I will probably be a customer for life .. totally recommend it.

Definitely enough to last a couple months or so.
This helped my daughter and I release the last of our lung clog! 3 days and I was clearing things for a week. I quit smoking and my daughter was sick. Love it. There’s alot too!!
